Variance Analysis: Analyze budget variances and provide insights to management.Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and assist in the preparation of local, state and federal tax returns, including filing of multi-state sales and local tax returns.Order to Cash Cycle: Assist with order processing including acknowledgments, order setup (QuickBooks and Salesforce.com) and order invoicing. Assist in preparation of shipping paperwork for both domestic and international shipments. Internal Controls: Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.Audit Support: Facilitate and support both internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in financial operations.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA certification is highly desirable.Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.Proficient in accounting software QuickBooks and MS Excel.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Hiring Details:
